OrnatePictureFrames.com - SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud of our easy to understand shipping policy and rates. Here is our rate schedule:

- California, Oregon, Washington State: 12% of Internet Special Offer

- Remainder of Continental United States: 8% of Internet Special Offer

- All Other: 17% (Including Alaska) of Internet Special Offer

For smaller orders (as respects size and weight) we tend to use FedEx, though we may from time to time use other carriers, for larger orders we use individual transportation firms on a case by case basis. If possible, we will ship overnight at your request, but you must contact us for the rate for overnight shipping. If you are not concerned about the rate for overnight shipping you may order your merchandise over the internet and include a note to us letting us know that it is OK to charge for overnight shipping - we suggest you give us a reasonable ceiling (either as a percent of your order or a flat dollar amount that you are willing to pay). We will only charge you for additional shipping if the item or items are available for overnight shipping and the amount is below your ceiling. Otherwise your order will be processed according to our normal rates and procedure.

Usually you can expect your Picture Frames to ship within two weeks. We will sometimes have inventory problems with respect to a specific size frame. In that case we will try to contact you and see if you would like to substitute for a different frame of your liking that can ship right away or wait for the original frame that you ordered to come in.

RUSH ORDERS or ORDERS WITH A CRITICAL DEADLINE

At 20x24PictureFrames.com we understand that sometimes customers, particularily our professional customers, galleries, artists, decorators, designers and the like, need their frames in a hurry. We handle these orders every day. We have found that the best approach is to call and make sure that we have your frame in stock in your size, we can then manage expedited processing on your behalf. We are not so large that our personal touch doesn't really payoff when you are up against a deadline.

All of our prices are subject to change without notice. That being said, please understand that 20x24PictureFrames.com maintains an enormous catalog of Picture Frames for sale, additionally each these frames is available in a number of different sizes; because of frequent price changes from our manufacturers (some of which are without notice to us) it is necessary for us to include this caveat. Additionally, and from time to time, we may have simple data entry errors - generally these are obvious mistakes. Sometimes these mistakes may effect pricing. In that case, when possible, we will try to honor our original pricing; where that is not possible we will contact the customer as soon as possible after discovery to work out a resolution or arrange for a full refund.

We are proud of our collection, stand by our merchandise and sources, and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All 20x24PictureFrames.com merchandise is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide an 20x24PictureFrames.com credit for your item(s) returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, 20x24PictureFrames.com will replace or refund your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to six months.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a credit or replacement. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. To make a return by mail, please return the merchandise along with a letter containing the following information - remember we may not be able to process your return without this information:
